Darren Blaney
Darren Blaney has over 30 years of business and investment experience which includes mineral exploration investment, real estate investment, marketing and sales, environmental consulting to both government and non-government organizations, business consulting and executive corporate management. He has over 20 years of public company management experience, and has held positions that include Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Blaney co-founded and then served as the Chief Operating Officer and then President and Chief Executive Officer of American Creek Resources Ltd. for over 20 years until the company was acquired in 2025 in a friendly corporate takeover.
Robert Edwards, CPA, CGA
Robert Edwards obtained a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta. Mr. Edwards has held positions over the last 25 years in international and local accounting firms in the areas of business consulting, assurance, and tax. He has also owned successful businesses in land development, health care, logistics, and retail sales. Mr. Edwards has 20 years of experience in various positions in public company management including serving as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of American Creek Resources Ltd. for nearly 15 years concluding with a successfully negotiated corporate transaction where American Creek was acquired by Tudor Gold Corp. in 2025.
Matthew Coltura
Matt Coltura is a capital markets professional with experience in investor relations and public company advisory across the mining, energy, and real estate sectors. As an Investor Relations Associate at Alliance Advisors IR, he works closely with executive teams on market positioning, shareholder communications, and capital markets strategy.
Matt brings a strong understanding of investor expectations, corporate disclosure, and market dynamics. His experience supporting public company management teams across TSX Venture, CSE, Nasdaq, and OTC-listed issuers provides valuable perspective in aligning corporate strategy with long-term shareholder value creation.
Kelvin Burton
Mr. Burton received his Small Business and Entrepreneurship degree with honors at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta, and brings 25 years of business experience to the table including 17 years in the precious metals exploration sector. He has gained valuable insights in going through several market cycles and is well suited to handle the challenges of the junior precious metals space.
